Kore PMT Health offers Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Physiotherapy and Yoga services. Our regulated therapists and doctors also offer acupuncture, custom orthotics, medical laser therapy, cupping, reiki, active/myofascial release, ultrasound, trigger point (saline) and vitamin B12 injections by scope of practice. X-ray and blood test requisitions can be obtained through chiropractic and naturopathic services but are not OHIP funded. Specialized breast cancer rehabilitation is now offered by Kelly Hopcraft, Physiotherapist. Kore offers Psychotherapy, however, we do not provide emergency/crisis services. Our office requires 24 hours' notice of cancellations to avoid a full charge. Online bookings CANNOT be rescheduled or cancelled online. You are responsible for tracking the appointments you book.
Direct Billing Available - Payment is required if insurance claims are denied or billing portals are down. You are responsible for insurance entitlement prior to booking your appointments. We do not track insurance benefits.
MVA/WSIB claims must be identified at the time of booking with your claim number for timely approval. Denied claims will require payment in full.
