Diana Hernandez

Diana is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is an honors graduate from Mohawk College (2015) and welcomes patients with acute and chronic conditions as well as those wanting to achieve a higher state of health and wellness. Her approach to treating clients begins with creating a treatment plan that is unique to each person, focusing on the current symptoms, cause, compensatory issues, prevention and home care. Treatment methods include deep tissue work, cupping, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage and general Swedish techniques to maximize the health and well-being of her clients. Diana looks forward to continuing her education and collaborating with fellow health care practitioners to provide the best care for her clientele. In her spare time, Diana enjoys spending time with her son, completing outdoor activities and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Languages: English, Spanish
