Direct Billing Available - Payment is required if insurance claims are denied or billing portals are down. You are responsible for insurance entitlement prior to booking your appointments. We do not track insurance benefits.

MVA/WSIB claims must be identified at the time of booking with your claim number for timely approval. Denied claims will require payment in full.
